Lifelong Formation

Virtual Retreats

Time with God on Your Time Retreats offer the opportunity to step away from the busyness of ministry and pressures of daily life to reflect on the Catholic faith, prioritize spiritual wellness, inspire witness, and recharge one’s missionary activity by way of an engaging and easy to navigate format.

Finding a quiet place to retreat to from time to time helps us to refresh and recharge. Jesus was no exception; He needed to find times to slip away from the crowds and from His work so that He could reconnect with God the Father. We go on retreat so that we can come to know God more fully, know ourselves more fully and to have the strength to carry out what God might be asking of us.

Remain in Me Series
This series helps facilitate a process of encounter, understanding, and response to Christ’s abiding presence in the Eucharist. Based on Cardinal Cupich’s Take, Bless, Break, Share: A Strategy for Eucharistic Revival, each reflection session unpacks one of five central themes of our sacramental and liturgical lives through engaging video content, Scripture, prayer, individual reflection, small group discussion and personal testimony.

Sacrifice and Resurrection Mini-Series
This retreat series focuses on connection between personal sacrifices and the new life we experience through Christ’s grace and mercy. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who in his great mercy gave us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” (1 Peter 1:3)

Spiritual Friendships Series
This retreat series reminds participants that “faithful friends are a sturdy shelter; whoever finds one finds a treasure” (Sirach 6:14). Through moments of reflection, these retreats offer inspiration to cultivate and treasure deep, spiritual friendships with others through shared trust, authenticity and vulnerability.

Spiritual Wellness Series
Based on the book 7 Keys to Spiritual Wellness, this series helps participants to see Christianity as a spiritual path whose guideposts can lead them to a deeper faith and into a more harmonious relationship with God and others.
