As the Dean of Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Sally Blount is an internationally recognized thought leader in management, negotiation and behavioral decision-making who simultaneously leads a top 10 global business school and serves on a Fortune 200 Board of Directors. Dean Blount is a convert to Catholicism and an active member of the Sheil Catholic faith community in Evanston. She serves on the Archdiocesan Finance Council and consults for Cardinal Blase J. Cupich on strategic planning initiatives.
