Youth Minister

Role Description

The Youth Minister is a young adult or adult Missionary Disciple of Christ, certified as a Catechist in Youth Ministry, in compliance with Protecting God's Children policies. The Youth Minister is nominated/approved by both the parish Pastor and the Coordinator of Youth Ministry. The role of the Youth Minister is to help and support the parish Youth Ministry pastoral plan by accompanying, inspiring and directly ministering to the youth of the parish community, as well as to help implement a specific component of the ministry. The Youth Minister is directly accountable to the Parish Youth Ministry Coordinator.
