The Filipino Ministry Awards – Araw ng Parangal, a celebration of Filipino culture in the Archdiocese of Chicago, aims to honor the Filipinos who, in various ways, contribute their unique presence and witness of faith. The afternoon will be a tribute to the leaders in the past and the present, affirming their generous collaboration and animation of the Filipino communities in various parish ministries in the Archdiocese. This event, the first of its kind, is a significant celebration of the faith-filled contribution of Filipino culture in the church, a testament to our rich heritage and values.
