Domestic Violence Awareness Month
During the month of October, the Archdiocese of Chicago Domestic Violence Outreach will sponsor a collection drive of items for victims of domestic violence and their children living in local shelters. Items* or donations can be dropped off at the following 24 Catholic parishes:

- Old St. Mary's (Chicago)
- Old St. Pat’s (Chicago)
- Queen of All Saints (Chicago)
- Sacred Heart (Palos Hills)
- St. Alexander (Palos Heights)
- St. Alphonsus Liguori (Prospect Heights)
- St. Clare of Montefalco (Chicago)
- St. Collette (Rolling Meadows)
- St. Gertrude (Chicago)
- St. Hilary (Chicago)
- St. James (Arlington Heights)
- St. Julie (Tinley Park)
- St. Mary’s (Evanston)
- St. Mary's Church (Riverside)
- St. Mary of the Woods (Chicago)
- St. Matthew (Schaumburg)
- St. Nicholas (Evanston)
- St. Pascal (Chicago)
- St. Raymond de Penafort (Mt. Prospect)
- St. Robert Bellarmine (Chicago)
- St. Thomas of Villanova (Palatine)
- St. Thomas the Apostle (Chicago)
- Transfiguration of Our Lord (Chicago)

*Suggested items include:
- Baby Diapers and Pull – Ups, Children’s new pajamas and socks
- Toiletries (full-size) shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste & brushes, feminine hygiene products.
